Ingele Game Lodge is neighbouring the world heritage site, Mapungubwe. Mapungubwe, “the stone of wisdom”, was the largest kingdom in Africa and is responsible for the discovery of a wealth of artefacts, including a golden rhino with a horn.
Ingele Game Lodge is in Baobab country and visitors to Ingele will find 28 of these fascinating trees on the farm. This tree is also called the upside down tree.
